What is Graffiti Promo’s return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Graffiti Promo guarantees all merchandise is free from material defects and that your ad message will be reproduced as approved. If you are not satisfied, please contact customer service at 800-223-5805 within 30 days of merchandise receipt and we promise to credit, replace, or refund as appropriate if we have made an error. All returns must receive a return authorization from customer service before merchandise can be accepted back by GraffitiPromo.com. Due to the nature of our business, all orders are non-cancelable.
