Do I really have to order the minimum quantity?

In order to add your decoration, you must order the minimum quantity. Quantities ordered below the minimum will be fulfilled as blank. There may be additional charges for orders where less than min will be accepted with available imprinting.

Can I order blank merchandise from Graffiti promo?

Yes, you can order merchandise without decoration. The price is the same.

How do I request a sample?

You can order a blank sample online, by phone, fax, or mail. Normal shipping and handling fees apply. For more information about our samples and to get yourself a sample today, click here.

How can I pay for my order?

For first time customers we require prepayment in full. Should any over/under runs be applicable we will bill your credit card separately once your order has shipped.

Net Terms Credit:

To establish an account, please fill out this credit application and fax back to us along with a letterhead and your company's credit references. Once accounting reviews your application, a Graffiti Promo representative will contact you. Credit review typically takes 5 days to process, should your order be urgent please use a credit card for faster processing.

For those customers who wish to pay by check rather than credit card, we will require payment prior to processing your order. To expedite this process, fax us a copy of your check before mailing it out and we will begin processing while waiting for payment arrival.

How will my order be confirmed?

You will receive an order confirmation by email within 24 hours that will instruct you how to send your artwork. You will also receive a paper proof of your order either via fax or email approximately 2-3 business days after we receive your complete instructions including camera-ready artwork. Please be sure to include your FAX number when you order for this reason.

Proof: 1st Proof is FREE!

A proof is to be provided for every product ordered. They will be sent either via email or fax. The proof is provided for you to review the accuracy and position of the information to be printed on the item. Production will only start once written approval is received: prompt approval will contribute to our ability to meet your schedule: Delays may affect the schedule.

The first proof is to be provided FREE of charge. If any changes are required, please let us know as soon as possible, so these can be implemented. There will be a charge of $12.00 for additional proofs needed.

Once the proof has been approved, production will commence, and any changes requested after this may result in substantial costs and delays. We ask that you please review the proof information carefully.

Can I get a pre-production proof?

A pre-production proof is an actual proof of your item with your imprint prior to running your entire order. Call Customer Service at 800-223-5805 to request a pre-production proof when placing an order. You will be charged $55.00, in addition to the set up fees, plus the cost of the item. Shipping and handling fees apply. We recommend this on all orders where time permits. Please allow an additional 7 business days for order process, as the factory needs time to set up and run just one item and ship it to you for approval. Once you approve the sample in writing, your order will be manufactured in standard production time.
